Pick Xreacher if no computer can stay on for you. It also finds leads, sends follow-ups and covers LinkedIn. Pick Xsender if you will not hand your X login to a cloud tool, or if you run 1 to 3 accounts, where it costs less. From 4 accounts up, Xreacher is the cheaper of the two.
We make Xsender, so read our column with that in mind. On 5 October 2026 we read Xreacher's pricing page, homepage, security page and benchmark report.
Xreacher vs Xsender side by side
The rows run from the question that settles most choices, whether a computer must stay on, down to the details. Xreacher wins more of them than we do:
| Topic | Xreacher | Xsender |
|---|---|---|
| Computer off | Keeps sending from its cloud. | Stops. Chrome must stay open. |
| Your X login | Stored on its servers, encrypted, its security page says. | Stays in your own Chrome. You sign in yourself. |
| Internet address | A proxy for each account. | All accounts on one computer share one. |
| Finds leads | Yes, a built-in lead scraper. | Yes. A lead database, included in every plan. |
| Follow-ups | Yes, automated. | No. One first message per lead. |
| Other channels | LinkedIn and Telegram in every plan. | X only. |
| Free trial | 7 days on the 1 seat plan, with no card, its homepage says. | 7 days on every plan, card at checkout. |
| Account rules | 6 months old, Premium, and 10 open chats first. | None. A Free account sends 7 a day. |
| Largest size | Up to 10,000 accounts, priced on request. | 20 listed. More on request. |
What each costs at your account count
Prices are monthly, read on Xreacher's pricing page and ours on 5 October 2026, sorted by the number of X accounts you run. Xreacher sells 1, 5 or 10 seats, then jumps to 100, so you pay for the next size up:
| X accounts | Xreacher | Xsender |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $67. | $59. |
| 2 | $135, the 5 seat plan. | $94. |
| 3 | $135. | $124. |
| 4 | $135. | $150. |
| 5 | $135. | $173. |
| 10 | $189. | $264. |
| 20 | $299, the 100 seat plan. | $400. |
The gap grows with size: we cost $75 a month more at ten accounts, and $101 more at twenty. Each Xreacher seat also covers a LinkedIn and a Telegram account. If you only use X, that part of the price buys you nothing.
How each one gets into your X account
The real difference is who holds your login. Xreacher's security page says that when you connect an X account, it "stores the credentials encrypted rather than in plain text". That is what lets it send while your laptop is shut.
Xsender works the other way round. You sign in to X yourself, one Chrome profile per account, and the session never leaves that browser, though your campaigns and lead lists sit on our servers. This method has a real cost. Chrome must stay open, and every account on one computer shares its internet address, where Xreacher gives each account its own proxy. Which X DM tool method is riskier weighs both in more depth.
DMs a day, and the safety claims
X sets the ceiling, not the tool. Xreacher's homepage says it stays inside "roughly 30-50 DMs per day for accounts with X Premium". X's own cap on first messages to strangers is 35 a day on Premium, so anything above 35 can only go to followers or open chats. The X DM limit by plan has the full table.
Xreacher's homepage also says "100% safe, accounts stay protected". We do not make that claim, because X's rules say "You may not send unsolicited Direct Messages in a bulk or automated manner", and that covers both tools.
From 2 July to 5 October 2026, none of the 46 X accounts Xsender ran was suspended. 9 had a temporary phone or puzzle check. That is a record, not a promise. If X does suspend one while we run it, our Refund Policy says "The charge for that month is refunded in full".
Who each one suits
Xreacher's own benchmark makes a point worth knowing before you buy seats. Across 43.7 million DMs, its solo senders got a 2.24% reply rate and operations with 11 or more accounts got 0.39%. That is vendor data we cannot check, but it argues against scaling for its own sake.
Xreacher suits you if:
- No computer can stay on for you, so sending has to run in the cloud.
- You want leads found and follow-ups sent for you, or LinkedIn and Telegram too.
- You run 4 or more accounts and want the lower price, or hundreds with a proxy each.
Xsender suits you if:
- You will not store your X login on anyone's servers, which is the case Xsender is built for.
- You run 1 to 3 accounts, where we cost less, or up to 20 from one screen.
- You already have a lead list and one first message per lead is enough.
- A computer can stay on with Chrome open, and your accounts can share its address.
Moving from Xreacher
If your leads are in a spreadsheet, switching comes down to three steps:
- Export your lead list, or rebuild it from your own files. X handles are enough.
- Remove everyone you already messaged, because we cannot see what Xreacher sent.
- Disconnect your accounts in Xreacher, then add our Chrome extension, sign in to X and upload the list.
FAQ
Is Xsender cheaper than Xreacher?
Only at 1 to 3 accounts. One account is $59 against $67, and three are $124 against $135. From 4 accounts Xreacher costs less: $189 against $264 at ten. If price comes first, XAutoDM is cheaper at one, five and ten accounts.
Does Xreacher need my X login?
Yes. Xreacher's security page says it stores the credentials of each connected account, encrypted. Xsender has you sign in to X in your own Chrome instead.
Does Xreacher really send 50 DMs a day?
Xreacher's homepage says roughly 30 to 50 a day per Premium account. X caps first messages to strangers at 35 a day on Premium, so plan cold outreach on 35.
Does Xreacher have a free trial?
Yes, 7 days on its 1 seat plan, and its homepage says no card is needed. Xsender also has a 7-day free trial, on every plan, with a card at checkout and nothing charged until it ends.
