01Is this spam or AI?+
No. Xsender only sends your first message, the opener you write yourself. When someone replies, you take it from there and talk like a normal person, right from your Xsender inbox.
02Do cold DMs on X actually work?+
Yes. On our own accounts, 2 to 3 in every 100 people reply. Each reply is a real conversation with someone who could buy from you.
03How do I connect my X account?+
With our Chrome extension. Add it to Chrome, log in to X like you always do, and connect it in Xsender. It sends from that account. We never see your password.
04Do I need to use my main account?+
No. You can add other X accounts just to send, so your main one is never touched. Your main account is safe to use too. It stays under X's daily limit and slows down when X pushes back.
05What are the terms of the new client promise?+
Pick the plan with 1 X account. In your first 30 days, send at least 95% of the DMs your X account can send. That is 949 on X Premium. If you sign no new client, we refund your first month in full. No questions asked.
06Do I have to keep my computer on?+
No. Connect your X account and we send from the cloud, so you can close your laptop. Rather run it yourself? Use our Chrome extension. Then Chrome has to stay open, on your computer or a small rented one (a VPS).
