Drippi has shut down. Its homepage says the product no longer works, and it offers its customer list for sale. If you used it, ask for your data to be deleted and cut its access to your X accounts. Then pick a new tool with one question in mind: can a computer stay on for you?
We make Xsender, one of the replacements below, so weigh our row with that in mind. Every Drippi fact here comes from its own homepage, read on 5 October 2026, or from archived copies of its old site. Replacement prices come from each maker's pricing page, read the same day.
Has Drippi shut down?
Yes. On 5 October 2026 the drippi.ai homepage carried a single notice headed "Drippi has shut down", which says "The product is no longer operating". Its app at app.drippi.ai answered with a 503 error, which means the server is not serving pages.
The notice has no date. An archived copy of the site from 1 September 2026 still shows the old pricing page, so the shutdown came some time after that. The "Drippi alternative" pages on XAutoDM and Twittrz, read the same day, do not mention the shutdown at all.
What happens to your Drippi data?
The notice offers it to a buyer. It lists four things for sale, alone or as a package:
- The drippi.ai domain, with its blog and backlinks.
- A customer database of "tens of thousands of opted-in signups and paying customers".
- Data on about 300 million X accounts, which powered its lead finding.
- The product code, described as ready to relaunch.
The same notice says subscriptions "were cancelled and billing stopped as of shutdown". It gives one email address, for buyers and for data deletion requests alike.
What to do if you used Drippi
Your data and your X accounts need separate steps, and the data request is the one with a clock on it:
- Ask for deletion. Write to the address on the notice, keep a copy, and note the date you sent it.
- Cut its access. Remove Drippi from the connected apps in your X settings. If you gave it your own X API keys, which its site offered by April 2026, replace them with new ones in X's developer portal.
- Change reused passwords. If your Drippi password works anywhere else, change it there first.
- Rebuild your lead list from your own exports, because the app can no longer export anything.
Whoever buys the customer list may write to you. Treat any message that names Drippi with care until you know who sent it.
Drippi alternatives that still work
All four tools below were live on 5 October 2026. They are sorted by the price of one account, and the middle column shows how each gets into your X account:
| Tool | How it gets into your X account | Price a month |
|---|---|---|
| XAutoDM. | You paste your session cookies. | $29. $199 for 10. |
| Xsender, ours. | You sign in yourself, in your own Chrome. | $59. $264 for 10. |
| Xreacher. | It stores your login, encrypted. | $67. $189 for 10. |
| DMpro. | You export your cookies into it. | $97. Custom for 10. |
If you want what Drippi did, a cloud tool that finds leads and keeps sending with your laptop shut, look at the three cloud tools first. XAutoDM is the cheapest for one account, Xreacher adds LinkedIn and Telegram, and DMpro has branching follow-ups. Our roundup of X DM tools prices all eight.
Drippi and Xsender, side by side
We are a different kind of tool, and Drippi did more for you: it ran on its own servers and found leads. Drippi's own prices, from its archived site, show what it cost for that:
| Topic | Drippi, before it closed | Xsender |
|---|---|---|
| Where it ran | Its servers, with the official X API. | Your own Chrome, which must stay open. |
| Finds leads | Yes, with credits. | No. You bring a list. |
| 1 account | $100 a month. | $59 a month. |
| 3 accounts | From $248 a month. | $124 a month. |
Xsender sends one first message per lead and no follow-ups, and every account on one computer shares its internet address. In return, you hand over no login, and each account is held to the cap X sets for it.
X's rules say "You may not send unsolicited Direct Messages in a bulk or automated manner", and that covers every tool on this page. From 2 July to 5 October 2026, none of the 46 X accounts Xsender ran was suspended. 9 had a temporary phone or puzzle check. That is a record, not a promise. If X suspends an account while we run it, our Refund Policy says "The charge for that month is refunded in full".
FAQ
Can I still export my leads from Drippi?
No. On 5 October 2026 the app at app.drippi.ai returned a 503 error, so nothing can be downloaded from it. Rebuild your list from your own files or older exports.
Who has my Drippi data?
Drippi Labs Inc., the company named on the notice, lists the customer database for sale. Write to the address on the notice to ask for deletion.
Will Drippi refund my subscription?
The notice says subscriptions were cancelled and billing stopped at shutdown. It says nothing about refunds, so ask at the same address if you paid for time you did not get.
What is the closest Drippi alternative?
A cloud tool with a lead finder is closest to how Drippi worked: XAutoDM, Xreacher or DMpro, with its branching follow-ups. Xsender is the pick if you would rather sign in to X yourself in your own Chrome.
